We add a little pepper, cardamom, paprika, and caraway before lightly smoking them over oak and beech chippings. They are then air dried until they are ready to eat.
We enjoy these snack salami either on their own or adding them to a charcuterie board.

We make these snack salami on our family farm using our own pork which has been outdoor bred and finished in open straw barns. We add salt, spices and garlic to our pork before lightly smoking them over oak and beech chipping. They are then air dried until ready to eat
Storage Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.

Pork, Salt, Seasoning (Spices, Dextrose, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Dried Garlic), Preservative Sodium Nitrite. Made from 155g of pork per finished product. Filled into natural hog casings.
