We only use high animal welfare pork here at Lane Farm. Due to a family reasons we can no longer keep as many pigs at the farm. So the pork in our Charcuterie will either be our own or pork that has been reared by friends of our down the road.
We would like to thank all our customer for their understanding in this decision but we promise it will not affect the quality that you are used to with our products.
