Suffolk Charcuterie Sharing Platter
We have taken a selection of our favourite charcuterie the Sliced Fennel Salami, Sliced Chorizo and Sliced Coppa to create your very own charcuterie board. You can either enjoy this as it is or add a few olives, sundried tomatoes, cheese and crusty bread to create an amazing sharing platter . If you are partial to a glass of wine, we recommend pairing with a low tannin red such as Beaujolais or even a white with a reasonable amount of acidity such as a Champagne or Prosecco.
Storage
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a fridge below 5˚c. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.

Fennel Salami- Pork, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Fennel Seeds (0.3%), Garlic Powder, Antioxidant,: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.
Filled into a collagen casing.
Prepared with 155g pork per 100g.
Chorizo - Pork, Salt, Pimenton de la Vera paprika DOP (2%), Spices, Herbs, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Antioxidant, Sodium Ascorbate. Preservative: Sodium Nitrate.
Natural Pork Casing.
Prepared with 155g pork per 100g.
Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
